Comments: Great site and very informative. You helped me to recall which year I bought my Strat Plus...All I could remember was that it was the first year that they sold the Strat + and I received mine fresh from the factory in early June.
I've been able to determine that it's a 1987 model (E484001). She's a beauty! Lake Placid Blue (I believe that's what Fender called it) and has been my primary "go-to" guitar for over 24 years. The pickups were Gold Lace Sensors but the writing has all but worn off.. A small amount of gold lettering is still visible. I've got pics available if you're interested.
Cheers!

Comments: Thanks to you I now know exactly what I have. A 1990 Deluxe American Standard Strat.
What tuners are on that thing and what size holes do they need? I have to replace the neck!
Thanks!

Comments: Nice information!
I've had a Strat Plus Deluxe for 15 years that came with Bartolinis. Fortunately, the original Lace Sensors were included, and thanks to your pics, I'm able to determine their original positions.
Now I can reinstall the Red/Silver/Blue Lace Sensors to sound like it should!
Thanks again!

Comments: Xhefri I play left handed and want to get a butterscotch reissue tele with a fat v neck MIJ. I can't buy an American 52' Fender tele reissue for $1600. Do you have any left handed telecasters with a fat v neck, know of any or have any ideas for me? Your site is beautiful and pictures of some of those telecasters reminds me how hard it is to find good inexpensive left handed guitars. I still love your beautiful photos and descriptions. Where do you live Xhefri? Sun, luv and music Roxxi, Juli Roxx
