Hi,
I have been reading your info. for a while but now find that my involvement in Fender guitars goes beyond just being a spectator. That is to say after 40years of not being able to afford any I have now become a proud owner of a few Fenders. I now find that I would like to ask questions and learn more so,,,,here I am

cheers Jim :o :o

hey i have an E serial number American strat (strange gunmetal blue) with a refin over red of some kind just like the one one your site. It plays great and will be a keeper . Will it, or has it, become collectable? (Has gold lace sensors and regular nut, not LSR or Wilkinson). Great site here. thanks for the info
James

I really love this site Xhefri. Great work. Your guitar work and love of something a little different is great. I wanted to ask a question and I'm not sure if this place to do it. If not, I apologise. I have a 94-95 Fotoflame Tele (serial starting with T). It has 3 active white emg's that look really nice and a 5 way switch. It looks like the red wine color but the back (not foto) goes from red to a honey color in the middle. It has the hamburglar face on the neck (foto). The battery 'just' fits in the routed pot switch area and it sounds great. My question is would the pickups be standard? If not, would you leave them in? Thaks again for a great site.

I have a 1988 strat.Serial # E488066 no locking tunners, no wilkinson nut but it does have gold lace sensors. Is this a standard strat. or a plus ? the neck has John Cruz name on it and the body has Ospallares name on it. This serial # is some what confusing. Thanks Chaz

Amazing site, beautiful work you do. Almost bought that black body you were selling but spent too much on guitars lately so sadly, had to pass. Bought an 89 plus recently, your site had a lot to do with my decision. I'm very pleased with it, they were great guitars. It's a pewter burst, too bad it had a sticker on it that took a little finish with it when it was removed. I'm curious what you think of combining the S-1 switching system with the boost tone control on the pluses? Ever try it? If you have time, I'd value your advice on this idea.
Thanks for all the effort into your site, excellent work.

Ron

Very nice site about the Plus guitars.
Question: Are there Fenders Plus guitars with a standard dark coloured pickguard?
The only pickguards on your site are "light" coloured.

greetings from Zaventem (Brussel belgium) :!thinking:
