Comments: It's very handy to have a nice website about these strats. Two weeks ago I bought a '88 lipstick red maple neck strat plus although some websites say the serial number is '89. The pots are dated '88 so go figure.. I'm not sure if my strat has an original body/color. I'll hope to find out soon. Greetz!!

Comments: Beautiful work you're doing on these. Found your site after a friend has lent me his '89 Plus and I wanted to learn the background. After a couple of months playing it I'm now I'm a believer!

Comments: Xhefri,
Thanks so much for the great site and for allowing me to purchase the custom ultra pick guard. Absolutely no disappointment what so ever. Hope to see you expand your site and display more of your gorgeous guitars. Your very gracious helping others fuel their obsession.

Comments: Thank you for creating this site. I used it to learn more about the features of the Ultras and after a long search bought a very nice 1991 today - with a single piece flaming veneer front and back. Wow - that's all I can say. It was worth the wait. Don't be too eager to scrap those Laces my friends. Find a tone or two you like and appreciate the subtle nature of these fine Strats.
It's a dark brown colour that I have not seen a lot of, with plenty of flames showing through.

Comments: This is an amazing site! So many beautiful guitars it just leaves me speechless. I recently bought a MIJ 62 Stratocaster Reissue and I'm in love with it; it was so much better that the American Vintage Series model (made in the USA) that I owned previously and sold for enough to get a the MIJ Stratocaster and a Les Paul Special. I really appreciated the information on Fender Japan. I knew soemthing of it, but had no idea they had such a quality operation. You've also got me thinking I should check my 52 Tele Reissue to see where it was made. I'm almost hoping its Japan. I hope you can keep updating it and maybe do a bit more on the Stratocaster Reissues.
